There are various types of pollutants in spraying wastewater treatment, and the water quality and quantity fluctuate greatly. The filter element in the filter is made of highly absorbent material with a pore size less than 3 microns, used for oil separation. After ultrafiltration, the oil in the permeate is less than, and the permeate contains a large number of low molecular weight components and salts, with high carbon content. Therefore, nanofiltration treatment must be carried out. The molecular weight cutoff value of nanofiltration is generally between 1000 and 3000, with a pore size of 0.05 to 0.10mm, making the membrane surface hydrophilic and effectively preventing oil droplets from contaminating and solidifying on the membrane surface.
