On the Application of UPVC Pipeline in Water Treatment

At present, there are more than 400 manufacturers, big and small, producing and selling UPVC in the market, and the quality is uneven. Some manufacturers engage in disgusting competition through unprincipled price reductions (focusing on raw materials and formulas). However, it is often difficult to accurately inspect the quality of UPVC pipes from the appearance, so many users purchase inferior products only considering the price, resulting in engineering accidents and losses that greatly exceed the value of the material itself;
2. As mentioned earlier, the installation process of UPVC pipes and fittings is simple, using adhesive bonding. It is precisely because of this that some on-site installation workers may encounter problems such as uneven application of glue and inadequate interface sockets in order to pursue project progress. After water supply, they may experience leakage and leakage in a short period of time, mainly due to the lack of basic knowledge and strong sense of responsibility among on-site workers;
3. As a plastic product, UPVC pipes have poor stiffness and a large coefficient of expansion. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the support reasonably. During construction, attention must be paid to the maximum spacing of the support, and it must be strictly carried out in accordance with the design and construction specifications.
