The high / low pressure protection of water treatment reverse osmosis equipment is to prevent the RO high-pressure pump from idling or working under the limit high / low pressure.
High voltage switch is used for high voltage protection. With the increase of equipment service time, the membrane will be polluted and blocked, and the natural membrane inlet pressure will increase. When the pressure increases to a certain extent, in order to protect the equipment and pipeline from damage, a high-voltage switch is required for protection. When the pressure increases to the preset value of the pressure switch, the equipment will be forced to shut down.
Low pressure switch. When the pressure in the water inlet pipe is low, the reverse osmosis membrane can not work normally and will discharge wastewater all the time. Therefore, when the water inlet pressure fails to meet the working requirements, the circuit will be cut off and the machine will stop working. When the pressure in the water inlet pipe meets the working requirements, it will start working again.
How should the water treatment reverse osmosis pressure switch be debugged?
The low-pressure switch has two adjustable screws, one is to adjust the reference pressure, generally 0-6bar, and the other is to adjust the return differential pressure, generally 0-2bar, which can be adjusted with a screwdriver.
There are two possibilities for common low-voltage switches to always trip: one is that the raw water pressure fluctuates greatly, and the other is that the reference pressure is near the raw water pressure value and the return differential pressure is small.
The first one is generally easy to solve.
Exhaust the pretreatment equipment and increase the opening of the outlet valve of the raw water pump, so that the raw water pressure is relatively large, so it is not easy to jump.
The second can be adjusted as follows:

First observe the pressure during normal operation of the equipment and adjust the reference pressure slightly lower than it. For example, the pressure of pretreated water production is 2.5bar, and then the reference pressure can be adjusted to 2bar;

Set the pressure value of low-pressure trip. For example, when the raw water pressure is lower than 1.5bar, the pressure switch starts to trip, and then adjust the return differential pressure to 0.5bar;

Although it is adjusted, the adjustment accuracy is also different. Therefore, adjust it according to the actual pressure situation until it meets its own requirements. For example, pull in when the pressure is 2 bar and jump out when the pressure is 1.5 bar (at this time, the pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the valve of high-pressure pump or the outlet valve of raw water pump).

If you want to make the pressure return difference larger, you can also adjust the return difference pressure to 0.8-1.0bar, so that it can be pulled in when the pressure reaches 2bar and jump out when the pressure is lower than 1bar.
